WHAT'S THE HYPE ABOUT?

Do you want to see what all the fuss is about? There’s no better place to start your journey than our 6 week Intro to Pole course, where you’ll learn a mix of pole dance and pole fitness fundamentals. You will start alongside other people who are in the same boat and most likely will share the same anxieties, so any worries about “being the worst one there” or “being the only one who doesn’t know what they’re doing” can be put to bed. You can expect to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and most importantly, you can expect your confidence to reach new heights. Your only regret will be not starting sooner!
