The perfect starting point for any pole-curious people out there who want to see what the fuss is all about, or an excellent refresher class for those who want to go over their basics. You will be surrounded by like minded people who are also working at the same level, so any anxieties you may have about "being the worst one there" or being intimidated by people working at a more advanced level can be put to sleep. You can expect to learn all those fundamental spins, flow transitions and tricks and build a solid foundation of strength and flexibility to help you thrive in the early days of your pole journey.
