Our Beginners Pole Dance classes are where many people have started their pole journey, and even more have expanded it. Being open to absolute beginners, this can be the perfect starting point for anyone more interested in the dance side of things. It's also perfect for seasoned pole folks who are a bit anxious to jump into our mixed level dance classes. You can expect to be guided through the basic movements and techniques required, all whilst getting a sweat on and *feeling* yourself. So if you are looking for a hobby that's a little different, want to try something new and meet like-minded people, this might just be your new addiction.
