WHAT'S THE HYPE?

We know you all want your dance routines to look and feel amazing as you perform them, and what better way to make that happen than to learn the individual elements inside out. Unlike our Pole Dance classes, the focus will be on shorter, more technical movements in more detail and drill them, and in turn making them easier and more autonomous when performed in routines. These sessions will be the perfect complimentary class to go alongside our Pole Dance classes, or the perfect starting point for fitness folk who are interested in the dance side of pole.
