We’re already feeling a huge difference in temperature this year in our new, cosier studio. But if like me you are chilly by default, here’s some tips 🔥
Wear Layers.
Shorts under joggers is an elite combo 🤌
Share Poles.
Having your own pole is a sure fire way to 1. Burn out early, and 2. Not feel warm/grippy. We won’t force you if there’s space, but trust us it’s better 🙌
Try Dance.
For some people, fitness in winter can be a challenge. We are not suggesting for you to stop, but if this has you considering giving up altogether, why not try Pole Dance instead? Focus on that feel good factor for a bit, get that cardio in, and arguably the best point, stay clothed and cosy ❤️🔥
Warm Up Properly.
Do you have a habit of half arseing the warm up? 👀 Focus on your muscle engagement and extend your movements as much as you can. This will serve you well on the colder days, and keep your flexibility up to scratch.
Moisturise on non pole days.
If winter F’s your skin up, moisturise on your NON POLE days to avoid that dry skin slippage (iykyk). DO NOT moisturise before pole though, you’ll slip more 🚩
