WHAT'S THE HYPE ABOUT?

Pole is different for everyone. Some enjoy it as a hobby, some for fitness, some as an addition to their current fitness regime. But for a lot of others - it's life changing. It's like real life magic. You build strength whilst laughing, get a full body workout without the dread, and can build up to achieving impossible looking tricks. Our aim is to allow people to start to appreciate their bodies for what they can do, rather than being solely focused on looks, and voila the *body confidence* starts to grow. You can expect to work muscles you didn't even know you had, use your body in ways you never knew you could, and achieve tricks and movements that appear gravity defying. There's a huge fuss around it for a reason, and you'll never know what you could be missing out on until you try...

**Please note Pole Fitness is not suitable for absolute beginners. You must have completed one of our Intro to Pole courses, or have other experience before booking in**
