WHAT'S THE HYPE ABOUT?

Dance is the ultimate form of self expression. We believe that everyone deserves to feel sexy, which is exactly why having a class based around movement and sensuality is a top priority for us. We like to transform people's mindsets from "oh god I could never do that" to giving that addictive rush of self confidence and believing that they absolutely *can* do it. So if you want to get moving more, all whilst feeling amazing, building that all important body confidence, and learning something new and unique, then this is absolutely the class for you. 

**Please note Pole Dance is not suitable for absolute beginners. You must have attended at least 4 Dance Technique or Pole Fitness classes, or completed one of our Beginners Dance courses to attend. Ask your instructor if you are unsure.**
