Dance is the ultimate form of self-expression, and we believe everyone deserves to feel confident and sexy. That's why we prioritise classes centred around movement and sensuality, whilst still learning the skills and techniques required to build your knowledge. We aim to transform the mindset of "I could never do that" into an empowering belief that you absolutely *can*. 

 

If you're looking to move more, feel amazing, boost your body confidence, and learn something new and unique, this class is perfect for you.

 

**Please note: Pole Dance is not suitable for absolute beginners. Participants must have completed one of our Intro to Pole courses or have equivalent experience before booking.**
